Yes, sweet deal, how were you able to get so much in rebates???

A separate question.

1.Out of state dealer says that BMW lease requires $240 maverick notary service fee for them to send to notary company in my state and get signature for lease.

Has anyone heard of this? Is it negotiable?

2. Apr for .299 for 10,000 loan (I’ll pay rest upfront). Any other questions to ask on this?

4. Taxes of 4.69% added. Does this get sent to my state? Do I get charged taxes more than once because I bought out of state?

On 4. You are only paying your own states taxes where you are registering the vehicle. For example, if I bought a car in NH (no sales tax) and was registering in MA, I would pay MA state taxes when registering the car with MA address.

Headed to the dealer tomorrow. Looking to purchase the X3 below. Looking to get to $45k or less OTD as a purchase hopefully with extended warranty and maintenance.

Any input would be great. There's no tax involved since I'm bringing it to NH.

Listen to the knowledge in these chats.
1.First figure out what percentage you want to ask for off of msrp separate from any of the monthly credits offered by BMW. Some of these may require a loan but you still can be ahead of the game if you pay it off
2. Then deduct the January incentives from the discounted msrp
3. Then add on taxes dealer fee etc for out the door
4.IMO only then inquire about cost of extended warranty. These chats imply that these xtras are how the money is made and not always advantageous
The chats say do this by email and I agree.

Now that the X3 30e is available for ordering, does anyone know if there are any incentives that would apply (lease cash, finance cash, loyalty, conquest)?

At least BMW CCA still would, right?

Looking for a M40i for wifey but having a tough time for dealers to even get to below what I'm asking. I'm looking for a loaner but all the dealers just giving me new pricing discounts. I was hoping loaners would be a bigger discount. Any thoughts?

Its all about timing and persistency! I stayed at it for like 6 months jumping from one MA dealership to another. I ended up landing a ridiculous deal from Herb Chambers of Boston on a 2019 Loaner.

I posted my lease breakdown back a few pages on this thread but it was essentially a 2019 M40i with MSRP just under 63K and it was a loaner that had 2k miles on it. I put 2K due at signing and paying 550 a month. So I would definitely say leasing a loaner is a great way to save a buck, but it takes a lot of work to get it done. I was at it with Peabody a few times and they never went lower than $640 a month with almost 3k due at signing similar build. The MSD route I wasn't a fan because of my situation with another vehicle, I didn't want to come up with 5K in deposit cash.

I agree. The trick is to be patient and let a dealership come to you when they want a quick sale.

Yeah so bmw of Peabody is like we can only do 6% even on a loaner. I found a few in Annapolis and guy gonna get back to me. If not, I'll just go get an RX350 f sport with no haggling at $480 a month $0DAS

If you are interested in PCD delivery - custom build - let me know. I'll message you a dealership that discounts well if you're willing to wait.

Wow, 6% from BMW of Peabody? I've leased 5 consecutive BMWs (including 2 concurrent) from a single CA at Herb Chambers in Boston and always got strong deals (all custom orders too). The two current leases are up this spring and looking at '20 330i and a '20 X3 M40i. Expecting no less than 11% off plus incentives and the buy rate. Could go to 10%, but below that and I may be walking away. ...and I make it easy for the CA; provide order codes with all lease figures worked out. Just prep/sign the paperwork, take my deposit, and shake my hand. Boom two deals done in an hour. I hope what you experienced isn't indicative of the Boston area market these days.

I asked Peabody to pull a loaner out of their fleet but best I got was 6% because they put loaner in this week. I'll try Herb Chambers but I'm banned from all of their dealerships. I threaten to sue them last year for holding my car hostage while it was being registered. Lol

.00142 in most places. I'd check Edmond forums to be sure for your zipcode.

I'm hoping you guys can provide some information. One of the vehicles my brother is considering is the X3 M40i and I'm hoping to help him out with pricing/discounts. He lives in the Harrisburg PA area and I would be grateful if those who live in the area and have purchased/leased recently can let me know what % discount from MSRP you were able to achieve. Thanks for any info you can provide.

Is he interested in a PCD delivery? I ordered from a dealership in St Louis. My second best dealership was one just outside D.C.

Thanks. I mentioned to him that he could do PCD. That would allow him to buy from just about any dealer.
