Steering wheel heater enabled in kombi
I have retrofitted the steering wheel heater to my 2017 (11/16 build) lci f25 and it's working great, however there is no indication on the instrument cluster when enabled/disabled. I didn't vo code the kombi, but did a simulation and found that there are no changes when adding 248 to the vo.
I saw some posts where coding master Shawnsheridan seems to have indicated in the f25 this is not possible. Just wanted to confirm with others that had this option factory installed that there is no display in the instrument cluster, only on the button. |

My 2011 came with a factory heated wheel and there is no indication in the cluster to show it's on. i wish it did because I can't see the LED by the on/off switch while driving, but it's easy to tell it's on because it gets pretty hot.

I've looked for coding and found no option for that dashboard message, all that happens is just the button light comes on, which is about impossible to see!
