Wow at least they didn't separate them like they did with the M5 and royally fuck over the competition trim buyers.

Pleasant surprise. Might consider an X3MC depending on discounts.

do they ever offer better residual for anything under 10K miles? I only put about 6-7K miles a year on my car...

No they don't. They will give you some credit back at lease turn in if the mileage is quite a bit under the lease agreement.

think it has to be more than 10% under the agree upon lease mileage ie 30k miles in 3 years, turn in has to be under 27k miles. you get a check from bmw fs for $300 i think...

Only if you lease a new one. That is what they told me, after i turned in my leased vehicle and financed a new one. I am not eligible for $300 credit.

I recently turned in a vehicle to them and got a $300 credit on my lease payment for the first month after delivery.

That is exactly what I said. If you lease a new one you get credit. I financed a new one instead , so they gave me nothing.

No way! I have a 98 E36 M3 4/5 with sunroof. Was looking at an E30 M3. But wife kept nagging that I have too many cars.

Good luck. My dealer in Fort Lauderdale quoted me $1375.00/mo for a 3yr/10k per year with just inceptions on a fully loaded X3MC. He also said the dealership "could" be marking up the cars $10-20k over MSRP. What a joke. No thanks. There is no chance in hell this car is worth a dime over $950/mo.

What a bunch of typical stealership BS. Does that monthly include tax? I would hope leases could be had at about $1000/mo before tax zero down. Limited allocations? Really? I bet they have a difficult time moving these things at the $80k+ price point. Loaded comps should go for $75k and base at $71k.
