I am going to stay the course on my current M40i build and status. I will be looking to get into an M version as soon as they become available in 2019 unless I am swayed away by the competition.

After some research I decide to go with option 22W-20" M Double-Spoke Wheels - Style 699M Bi-Color with mixed performance RFTs. I think this is the best option for me based on tire availability, performance and looks. I just can't run on 21's in the city. I had to be realistic. Current 310Ms run great with no issues.
Here's the article that helped me decide. https://www.caranddriver.com/feature...d-tires-tested I think it looks sharp! IMO, Best would be to black out all the grey bits (and remove fins) and coat wheels black.

As ride comfort is foremost for us at this time (while still having performance capability and removed speed limiter), we thought we'd give the 19" a try this time around. Maybe next year, when it is time to trade in our 2015 LCI, we'll have a chance to drive examples with the 20" and 21" wheels before we order. |
