I had compared our X3 to a friends GLK and despite the GLK having more HP it gets worse MPG and is slower that the X3 and the GLK even weighs less... plus its cargo area is smaller.

Does anyone know what that camera is for? In our X3, the top-down view is conspicuously missing anything out front, which is kind of annoying. Does this mean top-down will get a front-view now?

unfortunately everyone's taste is different. my opinion was the same like yours for the X3 when compared and I chose GLK instead.

Why oh why is the cool M Sport steering wheel not included? Judging by bmw.com the LCI F25 M Sport retains the same steering wheel as previous instead of going to the much cooler skinny spoke steering wheel like the F30 M Sport? F10 and new X5 have it, but LCI F25 is left out?

From Motortrend.com:
The volume-oriented X3 xDrive28i is now available in a $39,325 (including destination) rear-drive sDrive28i model, which once again allows the midsize luxury crossover to slip in below $40,000. The all-wheel-drive 2015 X3 xDrive28i is $40,725, while the new 2015 X3 xDrive28d is a $2100 upgrade. Though we don't yet have fuel economy numbers on the diesel, the lighter and smaller 328d sedan is good for 31/43 mpg city/highway with all-wheel drive. The X3 xDrive35i remains available, at a price of $45,825. http://www.motortrend.com/roadtests/...x3_first_look/ It looks like the MSRP is going up about $1000 for the base X-drive. Couple that with the current $1500 incentives on the 2014 and the lack of bargaining power for the LCI 2015 models. I bet we are looking at a difference of about $3000 to $4000 between the 2014 model and the 2015. Last edited by The X Men; 02-08-2014 at 03:50 PM.. |
