Thanks for the comments guys.
I'll get some better photos next weekend when I'm by the beach - these were about an hour after I took delivery from the dealer outside a mates place. It's amazing how the photo's make the car seem much smaller. |

It looks super niceeeeeeee!! Did you powder coat your rims ? How much did that cost? White car with black wheels are just so sick. Congrats!

They are the factory 19's which are an option on the 20d here in Aus, but I had them upgraded for my build and had the dealer powder coat prior to delivery at roughly $250 aud a wheel. I could of had it done cheaper elsewhere by the inconvenience and having the dealer doing it minimizes the hassle, particularly if I have an issue with them peeling/cracking etc. Fingers crossed I don't! |

Right on. I am sure the dealership would have its quality so don't you worry. I should have mine powder coated when I ordered my car last May.
In Canada we have the 19 inch M 369 style rims as standard for the 35i M package X3 so we have the same rims, except I like yours more hahaha. Cheers! |

All a matter of opinion though - as matte black was my first instinct. Glad I went with high gloss black, in person it looks fantastic. Thanks mate! |

I know a lot of people gave you compliments about your wheels, but they gotta go I'm really sorry but black wheels are a waste of money, might as well go with steelies cause you cant tell the difference. the point of wheels is to define a car and give it the extra oomph specially low profiles, but what we do is is hide the whole thing and paint it black to match the tires. find a mate with a similar car parc face to face, snap a side pic and lets see which looks nicer.
No need to flame just voicing my opinion, to each his own. |
