i shouldve been clear. the ends of the trim look bad, like poorly applied caulk, not straight and uniform. it’s not faded or anything. i know i’m nitpicking and it’s not that big of a deal. i’ll take a picture of it when i get the chance.

I'm also looking at replacing the OEM paddle shifters with either the OEM G80 ones with only front inlay in CF with red rubber backing and the paddleshifterz ones which look pretty close to shape, but seem to be full carbon fiber instead.

Wow! From where?!

Meanwhile MSRP here is $1,040 CAD for them here and I can't order from getbmwparts since I'm in Canada...

Vancouver is about 35 miles from the border so have it deliver to an UPS store on the US side and go pick it up.

I'm 60 miles from Ogdensburg NY, once the border re-open, I'll be resuming my weekly trip and save a bundle

I still think they've overdone the tail lights, but everything else on this car looks great. Congrats OP and enjoy!

Very cool write-up especially for F80 drivers who are thinking about what's next. When I drove the F97 (base) my major impressions were in the amazing handling and how smoothly power gets delivered. I also love how the S58 and ZF8 sound together from gear to gear. Enjoy it!!

Replace battery is definitely not going away. Once it hits the critical battery life point, it's permanently damaged.

Did you have this as you left the dealer? Or did it happen at the detail shop?

Great review and good to know about the suspension. I'm test driving one next week (first SUV in 10 years). Enjoy your new ride!

Your tire pressures are off, if I’m not mistaken.
