I went from 200lbs to 150lbs in 14 weeks.
Throughout all I ate was ( I ate five times a day, every 3 hours) 1 piece chicken breast 2 Egg white boiled handful amount of mixed salad cup of non-fat milk with Nectar Protein (90 calrories) some fruits 1 piece wheat bread (twice a day) 2 baby tomatoes 2 baby carrots 1 spoon peanut butter (once a day) First meal @ 9:00, 12:00, 3:00, 6:00 and last meal at 9:00 Drink more than enough water For 14 weeks that's all I ate, never skipped a day. My workout was pretty simple. Mon, Wed. Fri. Full-Body workout + Cardio Tue & Thurs HIIT(High Intensity Interval Workout) was done on Treadmill after the First week 3mins 6.3 4mins 6.7 4mins 7.0 3mins 7.7 1min 6.3 3mins 8.4 1min 6.3 3mins 8.8 1min 6.3 4mins 8.0 1min 6.3 3mins 7.0 1min 7.4 3mins 6.3 3mins 3.5-6.3 By doing HIIT, I was always burning 100~150 more calories than just running in same speed on Treadmill. Lots of strectching is a MUST. I also played basketball from time to time and also rode a bicycle.
