New BMW X3 f25 2016 uk
Evening all,
Just bought the above actually from my dad. Been looking at the posts to try and understand the car from the general bmw population Low points rubbish halogen lights seems they can’t be done real shame as they look s**te And the only other gripe is the midget screen, is there anyone uk based you can recommend for a android plug and play screen that’s sits into the normal, recess not 10 inch one. Mine has sat nav. Someone wanted 400 on eBay for a bmw salvage one with head unit seems a bit excessive thought I would be better off with android auto etc but hoping to retain the camera and dab etc Any help really appreciated Chris |

An Android 8.8 screen would fit and retain everything, You could try using LED Replacement bulbs for H/L, With an Android you would have the option of Autoplay / Carplay and then use Google maps, Waze etc Much better than original Navigation, Just be careful what you buy, I think yours is probably an NBT Screen

Not sure how strict the laws are where you live, but LEDs in Halogen headlights are illegal since they can cause harsh blinding glare for oncoming traffic.

You could try using some additional lights, maybe something like denallis led lights. i know they are available for some cars and run via a cansmart system. Need to do some research, i use them on my motocycle and its literally night and day difference, the bike has better lighting now than the latest Audi led's!
