It seems to me that halogen headlamps are standard with Adaptive LED as an option from what I have seen. Can anyone confirm this is true?

Unfortunately I think you are correct on the 30i version in the US. The convenience package adds LED and the executive package adds icon.

Here in UK, all models have LED headlights (5A4) as standard. Icon Adaptive LEDs (552) are optional and included only in Visibility Package (Z0C) which comes with High-beam Assistant (5AC).

Would be very surprised if halogens still offered anywhere.
