X3 Personalized plate ideas?
So I've decided to order personalized for my new X3 which I should have by the end of the month (hopefully). It takes up to 3 months to get them approved in Colorado so I have been trying to think of a good plate to order.
Any ideas? |

This is an interesting thread because it's one of my major pet peeves. I believe since a personalized plate costs extra, it should be creative and personal. I switched from my 335i Convertible to the 35i X3 because I had back surgery and needed a more comfortable sitting position. I'm considering getting "SPNL FSN" for Spinal Fusion. I think it's confusing enough where someone might ask what it means and when I explain it, it should make sense.
Now my pet peeve is people who get a plate stating the absolute obvious: RED CAR, RED BMW, RED X3, 2011 X3, etc. Sometimes I want to ask the person what the plate means and when they say it's a red x3, I want to say "You paid extra for that?" Thanks for letting me vent. Interesting to hear what you come up with. |

At the risk of ruining the party, one of my pet peeves is personalized license plates. But hey, if you want the attention, go for it.
My favorite though was one I saw on the E90 forum. It was for an M3 and the plate was "AMG LOL".

Funny you should mention this. There's a de-badged AMG around here in San Jose with the plate "LOL BMW".

I requested three different ones - and hope one gets approved. I won't know for 2-3 months which one I can order.
1) LOVEX3 (So I love my X3 or it can say that I love my husband & 2 daughters) They all think I love my new car more than them. 2) LUV X3 3) LOVE X3 |
