20 X3 M40i brake pads

Any suggestions? On good brake pads. Also new to BMW so I also have to replace the brake sensors.

Yes, you should replace the sensors. Lots of OE equivalents- Pagid, Textar, etc that I’ve had good experience with. I’m also tempted to try EBC based on others’ experiences for lower dust.
