Condensation on Outside of the Car

Live in Socal where its been 90+ and driving today with AC pretty much blasting I've noticed there is condensation on the outside of the car. It doesn't go away on its own and it is cold when I touch it.

Has anyone experienced this? I've never really had a car do that.

I've had it on the outside of the windscreen when hot and humid. But generally in the UK any condensation on the exterior is caused by rain...
