Need a an all season wheel + tire set

Hey there! My 2018 X3 M40i originally came with 21" wheels and summer tires, and I'm sick of the 21" wheel size. It's also time to replace the tires.

Does anyone know where I can find a set of nice X3-compatible wheels that come mounted & balanced with a good set of all season tires? I'm interested in both OEM BMW wheels, non BMW wheels, and also non-BMW wheels that can be made to look like BMW wheels by putting the center piece into the wheels. I'd prefer 20" more than 19".

Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

You know what... I'd really like to. But I just moved across the country, and the truck was overweight and I had to leave some stuff behind, so I gave my 21" wheels to one of the movers. Two of them had really bad curb rash, and the tires had maybe 2k miles left on them, so I didn't feel too bad about it (the cost of shipping them across the country would have made it not worth it anyway).

So ultimately I'm looking to buy a new set, or maybe a used set in really good condition.

Enter in your car details on Tirerack and browse for new rims, it will tell you if its compatible or not.

The short of what you are looking for is:
Hub bore of 66.6
Lugs are M14 x 1.25
PCD of 5x112

The main item beyond that is rim size (18 vs 19 vs 20) and then offset (most likely in the 25-45 range, but will depend on size and front vs rear).

One thing to note is that some rims will require a centering ring. Some people really hate these and will tell you to run fast and far from it. I've used them on multiple cars now with zero issues. So don't let that scare you away if you find a rim you like but uses those.

And as always, keep in mind the pick 2 principle. Pick 2 of cheap/strong/light.

The Michelin Crossclimate all seasons look perfect for the weather in my area, however Tirerack only has one of the "SUV" version of that tire in stock:

There's a non-SUV labeled version that is almost identical that has plenty of stock:

What do you guys think? Is the SUV version a requirement for the X3?

Ah, found this posted elsewhere:

"Unsure of difference I contacted Michelin and on live chat they advised that the only difference is SUV version have a deeper tread to allow occasional off road use but otherwise identical, same compound and tread pattern."

Not doing any offroad so I think I'll be fine with the Crossclimate2.

I ended up with 20x8 Borbet Type W wheels and 245/45R20 XL 103V Michelin Crossclimate2 tires. Both seem to be BMW friendly so hoping this setup works well. If anyone is running this setup or similar I'd love to hear from them.

Thanks for the help!
