Loud rattle during cold start

My 22 full stock X3MC has developed a large mechanical rattle during cold start, come from the rear of the vehicle, but I haven’t been able to pinpoint it yet. My guess is it is an exhaust component, since it is happening before the car is in drive. Before I make a service appointment, has anyone had a similar issue?

I just picked up a 2020 X3MC and have the same issue, its currently at the PPF shop so haven't gotten a chance to look underneath... I believe its a loose valve spring...
