MHD Adapter Protool connection problems
I picked up a low mileage 2023 X3 M40i a few weeks ago and ordered the current MHD ODBII adapter (the red one). I downloaded Protool to my Android Tablet. Whenever I plug in the MHD adapter to my ODBII port, the orange light flashes, I try to connect to it via wifi on my tablet, I see the MHD SSID, but 9 times out of 10 when I try to connect to it, the MHD SSID disappears. The few times I've actually connected to the MHD SSID, when I try to connect via Protool, the connection fails. I'd appreciate any suggestion, perhaps it's a faulty MHD adapter?

Couple of questions:
If you can get a stable connection to the red MHD adapter, I would also download the MHD app (F+G) and read the DME Codes. This will check your adapter's firmware version and update if applicable.

Thanks man!!! I hadn't disabled Wifi or Bluetooth on the X3 and I was selecting wireless instead of ENET_WIFI. I'm fully connected now thanks to your help! Much appreciated for the quick response!
