Has anyone here replaced the following coolant hoses without buying the aluminum part they attach to:

The upper and lower turbocharger hoses
Pipe to water pump hose

Would like to replace these hoses without replacing the aluminum parts. Would cost $300 to replace about $30 in hoses. I'm thinking to remove them and figure out what hose size and just replace the hose. Has anyone done this?

Those are probably only sold as an assembly. Haven't done it but I don't see why you couldn't go to your auto parts store and browse through what they have and see if you can find something that will work. I think Napa does or used to make custom hoses, a shop that does a/c work can probably also replace the rubber parts only for you if you don't want to do it yourself
