I absolutely hate car dealerships, absolute scum of the Earth. I expected a superior buying experience with BMW, but it was worse than when buying a regular brand. BMW CAs are arrogant. Looking forward to their slow demise and manufacturers selling direct to consumers, like Tesla (Model III, maybe my next car?
