I purchased and installed the CF trim and paddles from RG Sport and it looks just like his pics.
You do not need to remove the steering wheel as noted. Once the paddles are off, you can access the 3 screws holding the trim in place. You will however need a smaller torx T6 (IIRC) to move the buttons and switches.

So, to confirm - no need to remove entire steering wheel? But have to remove airbag?
