MSRP $55,095 - selling price offer $46,490. So 15.5% off MSRP. Thoughts?

A good deal. This deal, along with the one I just got, might be the vanguard of a pricing change in the market.
I've been wondering about this for a couple of days. Could it be that BMW overpriced the X3 and dealers are discounting to compensate? Are the looming tariffs causing price dislocations? Is the addition of X3 production volume from South Africa and Shanghai bloating supply?
Whatever, it might be a great time to buy one of these cars. If this deal and mine are the canaries in the coal mine, it may mean that 15% is just openers.
