Yeah I'm not sure people are doing much better on leases - there's a lot of money from BMW for leasing right now, and it's just not trickling over to the leases at the moment. That's why I was really just focused on trying to get the dealer discount down as much as possible. That being said, if people ARE doing better on leases...would love to hear about it.
But yeah...the Chicago use tax is a huge huge bummer.
