A personal choice, but for us it just makes the back look too cluttered.
For the ultimate clean look with a true 'slick top', here's what I hope to be able to order in the 2023 line-up if BMW allows us to delete the truck-like obtrusive roof rails (which ruin the aerodynamic high-performance M appearance). I've also included paint-matched rear reflector inserts from
IND-Distribution.
