I have 609 Nav Pro with CIC Head Unit in my car, and I have no issues with speed or accuracy at all.
Regardless, I still would never order a car without Nav Pro option. The Head Unit is more than just the Navigation System, and the CIC, and new and improved NBT Head Units have more features than the basic non-Nav Head Units do, and resale for Nav cars is much higher.
