A 320e is all but certain (supposed to be released this summer I think), so it's not a big stretch to think a X3 20e might also show up, but so far nobody heard of it.
The 320e is 4cyl based and detuned, the X1 25e also has a totally different drivetrain, apart from the 3cyl.
