You’re unlikely to encounter a R35 GTR that is modified yet simultaneously that slow, or so I’d reckon. A more typical first round of mods puts them straight down to about 10.4 1/4 mile on the 20” wheels normal tires and no weight reduction (there’s exceptional race efforts that were faster, but who cares).

The GTR’s stock turbos are old and small. Add hybrid turbos and intercooler; and it’s now a 9.7-9.9s 1/4m (5.2-5.4s 60-130) street tire car. But your 10-15k in mods at this point, and the trans longevity is an expensive uncertainty.

I have a 2018 GTR. I’d have to say that there is no longer much logical reason to buy one. I feel that there are better platforms for everything now.
