He explained to everyone it would be sold if not locked to BMW spec colors, etc. BMW will not unlock it and lost a sale. Some allocations were 211 and some were 212. Yeah sometimes BMW has the first group of models come in as HEA models which are not modifiable. My dealership has only one X3 M allocated right now Alpine/Black and don't think it was modifiable. I hope more allocation is released in July for them.
