I'm pretty sure you need the parking assistance plus to get surround view/3D, so exec pack. I'm rethinking the exec pack although it's only like $50/mo on a lease. I just want the HUD and heated steering wheel.
For more perspective I think the cost difference between X3M Comp with exec pack and X3M base without any packages is about $100-$120/mo on lease. Not that much when you're talking $1000/mo anyway.
