Isn't that what the Performance Control system does? I thought the M Sport diff was more about traction off the line and on different loose surfaces

Although like MrPorter says the info is a bit sketchy, from what I read it seems to overlap a bit with Performance control and ADB which were both standard already so won't be as if there will be no aids
