I haven't had any issues but some basic steps would be to be sure you can hear the motor running first. If so next check for leaks where it might be spraying somewhere else, let it run a while (but not too long, don't kill the motor) and see if you end up with a puddle on the garage floor. After that start disconnecting hoses and see when flow starts. Hopefully it's as simple as debris or crustiness on the nozzles themselves.
