One other thought...more so Northeast that has a decent overstock on x3m and X3mc.
Once Jan and early Feb hit, any sitting in a dealership will probably be even a stronger discount Especially on a real snowy day or week.
Remember to negotiate enough off to pay for your the winter tires a least. Or throw them in to drive away.
