Potentially. Fun fact - did you know that up here, medical marijuana qualifies as a medical expense? And from what I've heard, it is quite easy to get a script.
So basically, you can claim it as a medical expense and get a tax credit to the extent you have the income to utilize said credit.
Interestingly, no such credit available for alcohol, which is my vice of choice.
