It's good to hear you've avoided issues thus far, which may be a function of the specific rubber compounds used in the brand and model tires ("tyres"!) you are using and your specific environment, but it may nonetheless be prudent to remain vigilant for signs of damage and, as temperatures drop, for the possibility of glass transition. The colder it gets, the greater the risk, as exemplified in the first post in this thread.
