You'll miss the thunder of the V8 as nothing else quite matches that V8 noise and rumble.
But the X3M is great, but in the UK just be careful with the tyre setup in the winter. Summer tyres plus high centre of gravity and predominantly rear wheel drive can equal some brown pant moments.
If it's got Conti's change to MP4S's and remember to warm up the tyres before going hard. It drives like. RWD and not a 4WD.
Get BimmerCode and you can make some nice subtle adjustments and if you're not too worried about warranty go BM3 as it transforms the car and gives it stock M5 Comp performance.
