if it was a choice of the 2 i prefer the top one. It gives the car a much more lower profile and i like the way it cocoons the exhausts, although the gloss black might look a bit out of place against the grey/charcoal existing diffuser. carbon effect might look better but i find a hydro dipped carbon pieces can look cheap/fake when seen up close.
