Is Lithium battery safe to keep in car??

This is not G01 specific topic, but is general Lithium battery in car topic.

Many dash cam mention they don't use lithium battery inside, they have super capacitor so is much safer.

That make me thinking; Does it mean it is unsafe to leave lithium battery in car due to temperature in summer time?

I have those Lithium jump starter in my wife's car.
Also thinking of just put 2 X power bank in the back seat pocket because of lack of power outlet for 2nd row.

However I see many many dashcam mention they don't use lithium battery because of safety reason. BUT on the flip side, some brand offer external battery pack to use during parking mode. So what are those battery???

I think it is a very mix message. Anyone have good understanding on this?
