My M4 M40i started production yesterday! A VIN has been assigned. All about a week earlier than scheduled and a week before the announced start of production for the 40i. My PCD is scheduled for 9/27. Gettin' closer.  |
I was informed the same, but the car is at 5055 where it now has a VIN number and the parts are coming together ready for the build, week commencing 2nd September.
Still can't lookup my VIN on any site thus far until the car actually starts production, so will check again soon.
ETA for delivery is week commencing 21st October in the UK. Can't wait either!!
