what ever your business, charging someone for something then not delivering and refusing to reimburse for the charge of something that was not delivered is fraud. you can't write into a contract that you're allowed to commit fraud and have that hold up in court. like a lot of people in car sales this entire final discussion could have just been BS rhetoric to try and make himself look good but if he were serious he would come to regret those words.
