I bought an Audi that was a loaner for a month, 3k miles, and then sold to me at a solid discount with a CPO warranty. I would do it again.
That being said, that time spent as a loaner will render it a "rental" vehicle, which could hurt you with resale in the future. I'm running into that a bit now - but how much it really matters is debatable. I think I'm just salty that it depreciated so much in such a short amount of time...and that's probably not because it was a loaner.
Mechanically and visually the car is great.
For a BMW, as I understand it, the "executive" cars are what the employees get. There are expectations that go along with that - they are generally people who will get excited to drive it fast, etc. - but they won't beat the shit out of it because they have to turn it back in to their place of employment.
I say if you can get a good deal, you'll be keeping it for awhile to make the CPO worth it, and you're good with the options, just do it.
