So yes a performance shop in your area will be able to do it.
Houston - I'm sure there are a ton of them.
Get 4 sets of 15mm spacers. Order them from r33_RGsport on this forum, that's where I got mine. DO NOT go cheap....good quality spacers are important
(HUB-Centric).
Make sure that the shop who installs them uses "anti seize grease" before they put on the spacers.
Torque the bolts to 110LB FT.
Drive off and after about 10 min of driving, go back to the shop and Torque them down again to spec.
You're done!
P.S. - I was going to try 12mm on the rears, but the 15mm all round is perfect. The car looks SO stout and meaner too
