There is also an open issue on whether the X3 can be VO coded for “Sport brakes” SBPR.

The anecdotal evidence is that the initial brake bias is oriented towards the rear and the revised coding alters the brake response by making greater initial use of the sport brake front fixed calipers.

I would think that once you engage “brake assist” by quick hard braking, there will be enough of a ramp in braking pressure to engage anti-lock on all four wheels, assuming the brakes have sufficient capacity to dissipate the heat.
