Buy your own parts from reputable online retailer and find an indy to install (or install yourself) It's not hard.
Any of those brands are fine. I personally use the better grade centric coated rotors on all our cars. Well under $100 each. Not sure which pads are good yet, I need research to get some lower dust ones for my 335i.

These prices are likely CAD and, IMO, pretty reasonable.
Including labor, I think anything between $900-$1300 USD is what I'd expect.
