No, and it's been going in that direction for many years (same with Merc and AMG). We're enthusiasts. Some of us are old enthusiasts who remember that BMW was the sport/sporty alternative to more traditional luxury cars. But for many years, BMW has moved down the continuum to be more of a mass market brand. Their numbers prove that out, and while we enthusiasts may not be happy about it, BMW's shareholders are.
