My coupler is a tiny bit askew, but seals well. I may try to fix it by loosening the t-bolt clamps, aligning the machined couplings so the c-clip fits them together just right, then tightening the couplings where they end up being. It's probably less than an 1/8" difference as it is.

Oh wow you cut that support completely! I was feeling bad tonight about clearing out the plastic behind it and having to put some plastic epoxy back in to strengthen it! I don't feel as bad now. LOL. I'm going to try to keep it if I can so that the intercooler has a brace to rest against. We'll see next weekend. I had to put the stock intercooler back in (again
) for now.
