2023's are in production and being delivered already. Mine is scheduled for production on 10/3.
You can do a pickup in South Carolina like used used to be able to do in Europe. I'm not sure if you can do a factory tour though.

Factory tour is still going on now that the XM has been "released" this week. Allocations are easier in bigger cities. Time to get on a list!
