For the record: my M40i was ordered with the 21" (718M) wheels, but the dealer also mounted 20" and 19" wheels from other vehicles on the lot and they did not change the vibration on my vehicle.

This info should be shared by all dealers. That rules out wheel/tire balancing issue.
