Hello
I need some advise on this issue I am having.
The vinyl part on my 2014 X3 35i glove box door is separating. The car is out of original warranty but still under CPO warranty. The dealer said they will not cover the replacement as CPO warranty doesn't cover it. It's because it's an accessory item.
This doesn't make sense to me but I might be wrong. What do you guys think?
Btw, I already reached out to BMW NA.
