I was slow to finalize my order and get back to the forum, but I was able to do this as well.
I ordered xDrive30i with Executive Package and Dynamic Damper Control. My order does NOT have MSport. Order went off to the factory, and the vehicle order (scheduled for production) shows up with the proper options on BMW's My Garage web thingy.
