Dealer installs OEM brakes. They are usually Pagid, Jurid, Textar, ATE.
They are not ceramic.
As for lesser brake power, it's probably due to the fact that the pads are not bedded.
You can bed them in yourself. Just google it and there are numerous brake & tire vendors that have published the procedure.
Or you could just drive the car like that and in time the brakes will "settle" and will have the same braking power. It will take some time though. You might end up with not the same braking performance like bedded in brakes, but close.
