Ok cool. So 3/4" allowed the pipes to line up fine? So you must have drilled large holes in the bottom to reach the original screw heads, and holes directly across that were just large enough for the original screws? Then a single bolt in the middle for the new intercooler? If so did you tap and thread the tubing for the single new bolt?
What about the plastic bottom plate with rubber seal that pushes up against the stock intercooler? Did you cut it and reattach it farther forward?
