Well I am using 10mm back and 3 mm front. But that is specific for the ACS rims (fronts are 20x9 with 22 offset and rears are 20x10 with a 33 offset). I have winter rubber on the OEM stock X4M 40i rims which are 20x8 front with 38 offset and rears are 20x10 with a 51 offset. So to bring the OEM rims out to the same point as the ACS rims, I use 20 mm spacers front and back. Ride with the H&R springs is about the same. H&R makes the springs that come in the stock X4M 40i so not much diff. Only diff is “looks” as the H&R springs drop the vehicle about 1”.
